Terms of Sale

1. Company Details

2. Services Offered

3. Booking Process

1. Create a client account on our website.
2. Complete your profile and add your pet's information.
3. Select an available slot in the booking calendar.
4. Confirm your booking — you will receive a confirmation email with payment details.
5. Complete payment by bank transfer within the stated deadline.

A booking is considered definitively confirmed upon receipt of payment (or, where applicable, upon use of an available pack credit).

4. Pricing and Payment

Current prices are shown on the Services page and may be updated at any time. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of booking.

Payment method: bank transfer only.

Payment is due within 5 business days of booking and no later than 48 hours before the session. Failure to pay within this period may result in cancellation of the booking.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by the Client

• More than 24 hours before the session: free cancellation. If paid by bank transfer, a full refund will be processed within 14 business days. If a pack credit was used, it is automatically restored.
• Less than 24 hours before the session: no refund. Pack credits are not restored.

Cancellation by Pawradise

If we cancel a session (illness, exceptional circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible. A full refund or, at your preference, a rescheduled session will be offered.

Client No-Show

Any session for which the client does not attend without prior cancellation is considered completed and is not eligible for a refund.

6. Packs

• Packs are personal and non-transferable.
• Sessions included in a pack must be used within [validity period, e.g. 6 months] from the activation date.
• Unused sessions at pack expiry are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• In case of cancellation within the permitted period (more than 24h), the credit is automatically restored to the pack.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Luxembourg law of 2 April 2014 on consumer rights (transposing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of entering into the contract.

Exception: if you expressly request that performance of the service begins before the withdrawal period expires (by booking a session within this period), you waive your right of withdrawal for services already performed, in accordance with Article L. 222-17 of the Luxembourg Consumer Code.

8. Liability

Pawradise is committed to delivering its services with care and professionalism. Our liability cannot be engaged in cases of:

• Injury to an animal attributable to pre-existing behaviour not disclosed at the time of booking
• Force majeure circumstances
• Incorrect information provided by the client

We recommend that you hold civil liability insurance covering your pet.

9. Data Protection

The processing of your personal data in connection with these terms is detailed in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. In the event of a dispute, we will seek an amicable resolution in the first instance. Failing agreement, the competent courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
